It’s February, and TeqGames teams across Europe are back on the court with renewed focus and a point to prove.

After the first-ever EU TeqGames tournament in Piraeus last October, athletes and coaches have had time to reflect, regroup, and grow. They’ve looked back at what worked—and what didn’t. And now, as the second edition of the tournament approaches, they’re putting those lessons into action.

The next stop: Rome, Italy, where the tournament will take place from April 4 to 6, 2025 at the iconic Palapellicone Arena in Ostia.

Training sessions are now more intense, more tactical, and more frequent. Some clubs are clocking in up to 10 sessions per month. There’s a clear shift in mindset: the teams are not just preparing to participate, they’re preparing to compete harder, smarter, and more united than ever before.

Coaches are using insights from the first tournament to fine-tune strategy, improve team coordination, and build resilience. Players are pushing each other, hungry to improve and eager to step back onto the international stage – this time with even more experience and confidence.

There’s a shared feeling across clubs: Rome will be tougher. Rome will be louder. Rome will be more competitive. And no one wants to miss the chance to make their mark.
